From the beginning we've cultivated a warm, welcoming atmosphere at Nova. Don't be surprised if someone says hello in the lift, admires your cute dog, or invites you for a neighbourly drink on the rooftop. The quality of our lifestyle at Nova is underpinned by a consideration for others, and a shared sense of local community. At the end of the day, you want to come back to the place you call home: Nova.

Nova has a Strata Committee, a group of volunteers who contribute to the management of the building and its environs. The Strata Committee works to maintain residents' lifestyle in line with Nova by-laws. Both owners and those renting are welcome to attend the quarterly Strata Committee meetings to observe and obtain information. Generally, only Strata Committee members speak at meetings, but if time permits, you may be able to ask questions or briefly speak. Note that the Strata Committee is bound by laws and rules. The Strata Committee prefers to operate by consensus; if there are different views, decisions are made by majority vote.
