Visitor Parking

The clearly marked and numbered visitor car spaces are for registered visitors and lease holders only.

If you would like to book a visitor car space or arrange a lease at $40/week, please contact the Building Manager (Fernando Abiraad) on 0405 146 461. Please give 48 hours notice to arrange for temporary parking permission.

If you wish to negotiate a discount rate for a long term lease, you must talk directly to the Executive Committee who represent the Owners Corporation.

The car-wash bay is not to be used as a vistor car space at any time.
