If you would like to book a visitor car space or arrange a lease at $40/week, or negotiate a discount rate for a long term lease please contact the Building Manager.
Please give 48 hours notice to arrange for temporary parking permission.

The car-wash bay is not to be used as a vistor car space at any time.
