Obligations whilst living at NOVA

• Tenants must read and understand the NOVA By-laws
• Tenants must respect the rights of all owners and all other residents
• Tenants cannot sub-lease a dwelling or car space
• Tenants must keep their lot clean and tidy and in a state of good repair; this includes the apartment, courtyard, balcony and garage space

Problem tenants will be immediately reported to their agent, the Building Manager, the Strata Manager and the Owners Corporation.
