Pets

Whilst NOVA is a pet friendly building – there are rules that must be followed. These rules are listed under Section 8 of the NOVA By-Laws. Please make sure you are familiar with your obligations.

There are a few simple rules:

• All pets must be registered (below) with the Owners Corporation
• Cats must not be allowed to roam free
• Owners must pick up their dogs droppings

Dogtidy™ bags dispensers

In the interest of health and safety, you must watch your dog/cat at all times and make sure you pick up their droppings using the bag dispensers located in both the northern and southern courtyards.
