Costs

Keys: $60
Remotes: $100

All deposits need to be made at Harvie Strata Management office, however, please ring first.

Owners need to be listed on the strata roll, tenants need to bring in a copy of their lease.

If they ring first they can check that they are listed on the strata roll or can arrange for their agent to send the necessary information.

It’s best to have it all sorted first before they come in. We require new owners to be listed in the strata roll as well and require different documentation if we haven’t been advised of the new owner.
