NOVA is renowned for it fabulous gardens and every effort will be made to maintain them to the highest aesthetic.

Please follow these rules when using the garden areas:

• The NOVA garden areas are for use by resident only
• There are to be no large parties or gatherings in the courtyards
• Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum
• Usage must not effect those residents adjacent to the garden areas
• Residents are liable for any damage to the any part of the garden areas
• Do not leave rubbish (including cigarette butts) in the garden areas
• If you see rubbish, please pick it up
