A set of rules the residents (owners and tenants) in the NOVA strata scheme must abide by.

It is imperative that you take the time to familiarise yourself with the NOVA By-Laws in order to make your life at NOVA as enjoyable as possible.

Any breach of the NOVA By-Laws will be taken seriously and if continued unchecked will result in immediate action under the Strata Schemes Act 1996.
