Due for completion in 2012 (along with Viking Apartments & Divercity), Emerald Park will be visible to most NOVA residents living on the western side of the building.

This is the former Email site (they made white goods once upon a time) at 13 Joynton Avenue on the corner of O’Dea Avenue, Zetland. Development of this site has been mooted for at least a decade, and a DA was approved in 2004, and then the existing buildings were gussied up in 2005 and let as offices.
