Victoria Park Community Group

The Victoria Park Community Group has been established to build a sense of community in this rapidly changing part of Sydney. The Group meets monthly (normally the second Wednesday of the month) and its meetings provide a forum to brief residents on a range of issues that are of interest or concern. These may include discussion of the impact of further development in Victoria Park and surrounding neighbourhoods, consultation on the planning for the Green Square Town Centre, ways to ensure the facilities in Victoria Park are of maximum benefit to the community or activities (such as playgroups) which may be suggested by residents.

The Group is also a useful voice in advocating to the City of Sydney, to Landcom and to the NSW Government on issues of concern to Victoria Park residents.
