I’m very impressed with this article about Nova apartments in the SMH, but I’m more proud of Mark Taffs whos commitment and dedication as owner and executive commiteee is just a top example we all should follow.

It was a great article and many thanks to you and the broader owners’ committee for your hard work in looking after NOVA apartments. I note that the gardens are immaculate and it is great to see that even the chips in the wall caused by people moving in and out of the building are being refilled and repainted. It is a great place to live life.
I share your enthusiasm about NOVA too, Mark. Before I bought my unit, I did a lot of leg work in the Eastern Suburbs, before I found “home”. And the internal gardens – great work, Mark & Kara (& Sunny). I have friends from other buildings in Victoria Park who have commented that the NOVA courtyards are the best presented!
