  Hi

  I am interested in your “Viking” apartments.
  I am a Singaporean and at the moment I am not able to travel to Sydney to view the site. As such would be grateful if you could email me your complete floor plans including your prices as soon as possible to assist me to select a suitable unit.Am looking for a quiet unit which does not face the west.Please high-light your recommendations based on the floor plans.

  Meantime kindly advise

  1. Date of completion of the apartments
  2. Are they away from the main road (to minimise traffic noises).
  3. Any train station nearby
  4. Is the project approved for foreign purchasers
  5. Any vews from these apartments
  6. Any eateries & amenities nearby
  7. Booking fee
  8. Any faclities in the building
  9. Any obstructions from nearby developments?

  This building looks fantastic, the shutters look really cool.
  Also the new park will be great. Their website clearly shows that the apartments are larger than normal apartments in the area.
  Can’t wait to have a look when they open.

  I don’t have the plans for the Viking Apartments. Perhaps you could look at their website or call the marketing team.

  I like the look of this one too – not sure about the name though. Any development that does away with the industrial waste land has to be good.
