We love Buzo
If you have not been to our local favourite Buzo (over in Paddington), it’s time to treat yourself.
Buzo has revamped its menu to take in a broader sweep of European culinary traditions. The warm and inviting space has a downstairs waiting area, which feels distinctly like someone’s living room, and the upstairs dining room is jam-packed with tables. The menu is seasonal and may include grappa-cured Atlantic salmon with roe or balsamic-glazed calves’ liver. Never skip dessert because it could include offerings like the gorgeous torta di verona (made of mascarpone, pandoro and blueberry trifle), or an unforgettable chocolate pudding.
